White Lady

Originally made with Crème de Menthe, evolved to the gin sour we know.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Gin
• 0.75 oz Cointreau
• 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
• Egg White (optional)

Instructions

1. Shake with ice.
2. Strain into coupe.
