Whiskey Sour
First written record in 1862. The grandfather of all sours.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White (optional)
Instructions
- Dry shake (if egg).
- Shake with ice.
- Strain into rocks glass.
- Angostura drops.
