Whiskey Sour

First written record in 1862. The grandfather of all sours.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Bourbon
• 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
• 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
• 1 Egg White (optional)

Instructions

1. Dry shake (if egg).
2. Shake with ice.
3. Strain into rocks glass.
4. Angostura drops.
