Vieux Carré
A tribute to the French Quarter, created at the Hotel Monteleone.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Rye Whiskey
- 1 oz Cognac
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1 tsp Benedictine
- 2 dashes Peychaud's
- 2 dashes Angostura
Instructions
- Stir with ice.
- Strain over ice in rocks glass.
- Lemon twist.
