Trinidad Sour

An Angostura bitters-forward sour that defies convention.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Angostura Bitters
• 0.5 oz Rye Whiskey
• 1 oz Orgeat
• 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake well.
3. Strain into a coupe glass.
