Too Soon?

A bright gin-amaro sour with muddled orange.

Ingredients

• 1 oz Gin
• 1 oz Cynar
• 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
• 2 Orange Wedges

Instructions

1. Muddle orange wedges in shaker.
2. Add remaining ingredients with ice.
3. Shake well.
4. Double-strain into a coupe glass.
