Tom Collins

Based on the "Great Tom Collins Hoax" of 1874.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Old Tom Gin (or London Dry)
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
• Soda Water

Instructions

1. Build in highball glass with ice.
2. Top with soda.
3. Stir.
