A modern, bright Irish whiskey cocktail with exotic notes.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Jameson Black Barrel
• 0.5 oz Hibiscus Syrup
• 0.5 oz Lime Juice
• Lime Leaf
• Ginger Beer

Instructions

1. Muddle lime leaf in shaker.
2. Add whiskey, hibiscus syrup, and lime juice with ice.
3. Shake and strain into a highball glass with ice.
4. Top with ginger beer.
