Smuggler's Cove Mai Tai

The authentic Mai Tai recipe as perfected by Smuggler's Cove.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Aged Jamaican Rum
• 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
• 0.5 oz Dry Curaçao
• 0.25 oz Orgeat
• 0.25 oz Rich Simple Syrup

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake well.
3. Strain into a double rocks glass over crushed ice.
