Sherry Cobbler

The drink that popularized the drinking straw in the 1830s.

Ingredients

• 3 oz Amontillado Sherry
• 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
• 2 Orange Slices

Instructions

1. Muddle orange and syrup.
2. Add sherry and ice.
3. Shake.
4. Pour over crushed ice.
