Ramos Gin Fizz

Famous for requiring a line of "shaker boys" to shake for 12 minutes.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Gin
• 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5 oz Lime Juice
• 1 oz Simple Syrup
• 1 oz Heavy Cream
• 1 Egg White
• 3 drops Orange Flower Water
• Soda Water

Instructions

1. Dry shake vigorously (2 mins).
2. Add ice, shake again.
3. Strain into tall glass.
4. Top with soda.
