Queen's Park Swizzle
A rum cocktail from Trinidad's Queen's Park Hotel.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Demerara Rum
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
- 6 Mint Leaves
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Instructions
- Add mint, lime juice, and syrup to a Collins glass.
- Fill with crushed ice.
- Add rum.
- Swizzle until glass frosts.
- Top with more ice and dash bitters.
