Port Light

A bourbon and passion fruit cocktail with egg white.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Bourbon
• 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• 0.5 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
• 0.5 oz Honey Syrup
• 1 Egg White
• 0.5 oz Ruby Port (float)

Instructions

1. Dry shake all ingredients except port.
2. Add ice and shake again.
3. Strain into a coupe glass.
4. Float port on top.
