Port Light
A bourbon and passion fruit cocktail with egg white.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Bourbon
- 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
- 0.5 oz Honey Syrup
- 1 Egg White
- 0.5 oz Ruby Port (float)
Instructions
- Dry shake all ingredients except port.
- Add ice and shake again.
- Strain into a coupe glass.
- Float port on top.
