Pisco Sour

Created by an American bartender in Lima, Peru.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Pisco
• 1 oz Lime Juice
• 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
• 1 Egg White
• Angostura Bitters

Instructions

1. Dry shake.
2. Shake with ice.
3. Strain into coupe.
4. Bitters on foam.
