Old Fashioned

The original "Whiskey Cocktail" defined in 1806, evolved by the 1880s.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Bourbon or Rye
• 0.25 oz Simple Syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Instructions

1. Stir ingredients in rocks glass.
2. Add large ice cube.
3. Garnish with orange peel.
