Old Cuban
A sophisticated mojito-champagne hybrid.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Aged Rum
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- 6 Mint Leaves
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 2 oz Champagne
Instructions
- Muddle mint leaves in shaker.
- Add rum, lime juice, syrup, and bitters with ice.
- Shake well.
- Double-strain into a coupe glass.
- Top with champagne.
