A Manhattan variation from David Embury's "The Fine Art of Mixing Drinks".

Ingredients

• 2 oz Rye Whiskey
• 0.5 oz Benedictine
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Instructions

1. Stir with ice.
2. Strain into coupe or over large rock.
3. Lemon twist.
