Mai Tai

Means "Out of this world" in Tahitian. The single most bastardized drink in history.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Aged Rum (Jamaican/Agricole Blend)
• 0.75 oz Lime Juice
• 0.5 oz Orange Curacao
• 0.25 oz Orgeat
• 0.25 oz Rich Syrup

Instructions

1. Shake with crushed ice.
2. Pour unstrained into glass.
3. Float mint sprig and spent lime shell.
