Latin Quarter
A cognac cocktail with Amer Picon and lemon.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Cognac
- 0.75 oz Amer Picon (or substitute)
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a coupe glass.
