Just Peachy is a delightful twist on the classic Whiskey Sour, showcasing the warm embrace of bourbon balanced by the tartness of lemon and the sweet, juicy essence of peach, with aromatic hints of orange.
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz peach syrup
- 2 oz bourbon
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- egg white
Instructions
- Add bourbon, peach syrup, lemon juice, orange bitters, and egg white to a shaker.
- Dry shake vigorously without ice for 10-15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
- Add ice and shake again for 12-15 seconds until well chilled.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Express a lemon peel over the foam for aromatics and discard or use as garnish.
