Jet Pilot

A riff on the Test Pilot, complex and dangerous.

Ingredients

• 1 oz Jamaican Rum
• 0.75 oz Gold Rum
• 0.75 oz 151 Rum
• 0.5 oz Lime Juice
• 0.5 oz Grapefruit Juice
• 0.5 oz Cinnamon Syrup
• 0.5 oz Falernum
• 1 dash Angostura
• Absinthe (Rinse/Dash)

Instructions

1. Blend with crushed ice.
2. Garnish with cherry and mint.
