A riff on the Test Pilot, complex and dangerous.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Jamaican Rum
- 0.75 oz Gold Rum
- 0.75 oz 151 Rum
- 0.5 oz Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 0.5 oz Cinnamon Syrup
- 0.5 oz Falernum
- 1 dash Angostura
- Absinthe (Rinse/Dash)
Instructions
- Blend with crushed ice.
- Garnish with cherry and mint.
