Hugo Spritz

A floral Italian spritz with elderflower.

Ingredients

• 3 oz Prosecco
• 1 oz St-Germain
• 2 oz Club Soda
• 6 Mint Leaves

Instructions

1. Build in a wine glass over ice.
2. Add prosecco, St-Germain, and soda.
3. Add mint leaves.
4. Stir gently.
