Gunshop Fizz

A fruity and fizzy gin cocktail with raspberry.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Gin
• 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• 0.5 oz Raspberry Syrup
• 1 Egg White
• 2 oz Club Soda

Instructions

1. Dry shake gin, lemon juice, raspberry syrup, and egg white.
2. Add ice and shake again.
3. Strain into a Collins glass.
4. Top with club soda.
