Employees Only Manhattan

The signature Manhattan from NYC's legendary Employees Only bar.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Rye Whiskey
• 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 0.5 oz Grand Marnier
• 3 dashes Angostura Bitters

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until very cold.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Express lemon oils over the drink and drop the twist in.
