The Whiskey Cocktail

A complex, herbaceous whiskey drink from the Dead Rabbit's award-winning menu.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Rye Whiskey
• 0.25 oz Bénédictine
• 0.25 oz Royal Combier
• 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
• 2 dashes Orange Bitters
• Absinthe rinse

Instructions

1. Rinse a mixing glass with absinthe.
2. Add all other ingredients with ice.
3. Stir until well-chilled.
4. Strain into a cocktail glass.
5. Express orange oils over drink and discard peel.
