Dead Rabbit Irish Coffee
The world-famous Irish Coffee perfected by the Dead Rabbit.
Ingredients
- 4 oz Hot Brewed Coffee
- 1.5 oz Irish Whiskey
- 0.5 oz Demerara Syrup
- Lightly Whipped Heavy Cream
Instructions
- Warm an Irish coffee glass with hot water, then empty.
- Add hot coffee and Demerara syrup, stir.
- Add Irish whiskey.
- Float lightly whipped cream on top using the back of a spoon.
- Do not stir before drinking.
