Cynar Flip

A rich, velvety flip featuring artichoke amaro.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Cynar
• 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
• 1 Whole Egg

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
2. Dry shake vigorously.
3. Add ice and shake again.
4. Strain into a coupe glass.
