Bijou

Named for the jewels: Gin (Diamond), Vermouth (Ruby), Chartreuse (Emerald).

Ingredients

• 1 oz Gin
• 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 1 oz Green Chartreuse
• 1 dash Orange Bitters

Instructions

1. Stir with ice.
2. Strain into chilled coupe.
3. Cherry and lemon twist.
