Named for the jewels: Gin (Diamond), Vermouth (Ruby), Chartreuse (Emerald).
Ingredients
- 1 oz Gin
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1 oz Green Chartreuse
- 1 dash Orange Bitters
Instructions
- Stir with ice.
- Strain into chilled coupe.
- Cherry and lemon twist.
